Super 8 Motel - Upland

I would not recommend anyone stay here...it is not worth the money no matter how much or how little you pay for it.

The room was nice and it was quiet. It was clean. The front desk clerk was very helpful. When asked she told me about the restaurants in the area.

Plumbing was bad. Sink and tub had bad drainage. Office had a strange odor when you walked in. Lady in office was very nice to us. Maids were very friendly.

I needed a place to stay in town, it was in a good location and as I only needed a place to head back to after staying gone all day, it suited my needs.

Ok, Cost was our deciding factor. Freeway Noise was annoying to be kind. Being tired, The rain was soothing and helped us get some sleep. They should build a large sound wall. There was also a plumbing problem next door to us, you could hear water running all night. The counter staff was not very friendly and rude when told that our key did not open our room. I told them, "My key does not open our room." The gal told me in a rude reply, "What do you want me to do." I told her, "I would like to get in my room."
